Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts held by third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated deposits.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with AML obligations.
38jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, pending bonus wagering requirement completion, identification of suspicious account activity, or as required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directive. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 38jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-malfunction state. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 38jl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

38jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without 38jl's prior written consent.

38jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than regulatory or legal obligation, and where no breach of these Terms has been established, any undisputed balance in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 38jl support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining undisputed balance will be returned following successful withdrawal processing.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines — and specifically the courts competent under applicable Philippine jurisdictional rules — shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 38jl platform.
38jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Disputes relating to game fairness, payout calculations, or regulatory compliance matters may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint mechanisms, subject to 38jl's internal dispute resolution process having first been engaged.
38jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players through one or more of the following channels: prominent in-platform notice, registered email notification, or publication of the updated Terms on this page with an updated effective date.
Amendments shall take effect 14 days after notification unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, in which case it shall take effect immediately upon publication.
